Casinoways Betting Rules
These Betting Rules explain how wagers placed through Casinoways are accepted, recorded, settled and reviewed. They apply to casino games, promotional play and any other betting product made available through the Casinoways platform.
By opening an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these rules, together with any game-specific terms, promotion terms and other conditions displayed on the platform. If there is a conflict, the terms shown for the relevant product or promotion will normally apply to that activity.
Eligibility

Void Bets

When a bet is void, the original stake will generally be returned to the balance used for the wager, unless a different treatment is required by the applicable product terms or the circumstances of the error. Any winnings linked solely to a void bet may be removed.
A bet may also be voided where it was placed in breach of these rules, through an account that should not have been used, or after an account restriction that made further betting unavailable. Casinoways will consider the available records and relevant circumstances when making such a decision.
Bonus Betting Rules
Bonuses, free bets and promotional credits are subject to the terms displayed with the relevant offer. Those terms may specify eligibility, activation requirements, permitted games, contribution rates, expiry periods, wagering conditions and withdrawal restrictions.
Unless promotion terms state otherwise, bonus value cannot be exchanged for cash simply by crediting it to an account. Winnings generated from promotional funds may remain subject to qualifying conditions until those conditions have been met.

Screenshots, transaction references and the approximate time of the incident may assist with the investigation.
Temporary unavailability, connection problems or device issues do not automatically create a right to compensation. Casinoways will assess the system records and the circumstances of the affected transaction.
Fraud Prevention
Casinoways uses account monitoring and verification procedures to protect players, payment systems and the integrity of its games. Activity may be reviewed where it appears unusual, inconsistent with the account profile or connected with fraud, money laundering, collusion, payment abuse or other prohibited conduct.
You must not use stolen payment details, chargeback methods, automated tools, software intended to interfere with play, or any technique designed to obtain an unfair advantage. You must also not coordinate with other users to manipulate a promotion, game or account process.
Where concerns arise, Casinoways may delay transactions, restrict access, request additional information, cancel affected bets or close an account. Funds may be retained or returned in accordance with the outcome of the review and any applicable obligations. Deliberately misleading information can materially affect the review.
Maximum Payouts
Any maximum win, withdrawal, prize or payout condition will be shown in the rules for the relevant game, promotion or betting product. Casinoways does not apply a single universal payout rule to every activity.
You should review the applicable terms before placing a bet, particularly when using a bonus or entering a product with special prize conditions. A displayed potential return does not override a stated maximum payout or other product-specific restriction.
